Free guides are for your own use and your organisation's use. Please share the link to the guide page rather than the PDF itself. The guides are general guidance, not legal, tax or financial advice. Check the rules where you operate.

Paid kits: what you get

Each kit is a set of digital files (for example a PDF guide, Excel and Word templates, and a short video), delivered by download straight after payment and by email. You may use and adapt the files inside one organisation, including all its staff. You may not resell them, publish them, or share them outside your organisation.

Your licensed copy

Every file you download is your own licensed copy: it carries your name, email address and order number. Your download link works for 60 days. A link that is opened from more places than one organisation normally uses is paused, and we send you a fresh one when you ask. If your files are shared outside your organisation, we may end your licence and stop sending you updates.

Payment and tax

Payments are taken by Stripe. Paid kits without a live session are sold through Link (Stripe's merchant of record service), which works out and collects any sales tax, VAT or GST for your country and sends your receipt and tax invoice. Prices are shown in pounds; at checkout you may see your own currency.

Kits with a live session

Some kits include a live online session with APPS 365 LTD (the length is shown on the kit page). These are sold by APPS 365 LTD directly, not through Link: Stripe takes the payment and APPS 365 LTD sends your receipt and invoice. You book your session with the link we send straight after payment, at any time that suits you within 90 days. You can move it up to 24 hours before it starts. If you cancel before your session takes place, you get a full refund. Once the session has taken place, the 14-day refund promise below still applies to the kit part.

Refund promise

If a kit is not right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of buying and you will get your money back. Write to hello@apps365.ai with your order number, or ask Link support. When a refund is made, the download links stop working. This promise is in addition to any rights you have by law.

Updates

Microsoft and AI tools change often. Each kit shows the date it was last reviewed. For 12 months after you buy, we send you updated versions of your kit free of charge.

The build credit

If you hire APPS 365 LTD for a build or audit of £999 or more within 90 days of buying a kit, 100% of what you paid for the kit comes off the price. One credit per organisation, never more than you paid, and not if the kit was refunded.

Our responsibility

We check our kits carefully and list our sources, but tools, prices and rules change. You are responsible for decisions you make about your own systems and data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

The law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you buy as a consumer, you also keep any protections the law of your country gives you.
