Questions
What exactly do I get?
A 33-page PDF guide, an Excel set-up checklist and usage tracker (no macros), two Word templates (a team prompt library with team rules, and an AGENTS.md starter with a Codex task brief), and a 60-minute live online set-up session with APPS 365 LTD.
How does the live session work?
After payment you get the link to book your hour: calendly.com/apps365/60-minute-ai-consultation. Book it within 90 days; you can move it up to 24 hours before. It is online, on a screen share: we work through your set-up checklist together, starting with your ChatGPT plan, workspace and data settings, then Codex if your team writes code. The session isn't recorded. Afterwards you get 7 days of email follow-up help: send questions to hello@apps365.ai and get an answer within 2 working days. The guide has a "Before your session" page so the hour counts.
Which ChatGPT plans does it work with?
All of them: Free, Go, Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise and Edu. The workspace and admin steps are written for ChatGPT Business (formerly ChatGPT Team). OpenAI lists Codex Cloud and GitHub code review for Plus and higher, with Sign in with ChatGPT. The kit shows OpenAI's US list prices as checked on 10 October 2026, with a link to chatgpt.com/pricing for today's price in your currency.
Does it work in my country?
Yes, wherever ChatGPT is available; the kit links to OpenAI's list of supported countries. Some features depend on your plan and region. The data pages cover the GDPR and similar laws, as general guidance rather than legal advice. The kit is written in British English.
Do I need technical skills?
No. Parts 1 to 4 and Part 6 are for owners, managers and teams, with where-to-click steps. Part 5 and the AGENTS.md template are for your developers or technical lead, if you have them.
What if OpenAI changes things?
It will: ChatGPT changes every few weeks, and two changes in the kit (GPT-5.5 and custom GPTs retiring) are due soon. Each version shows the date every fact and link was last checked; updates are free for 12 months. The changes log lists what changed and when.
What if I get stuck?
Use the troubleshooting page, bring it to your live hour, or email hello@apps365.ai. You can also book a free 30-minute call at calendly.com/apps365/30min. If you then hire APPS 365 LTD for a build or audit of £999 or more within 90 days, 100% of what you paid comes off the price.
Is this official OpenAI material?
No. The kit is written by APPS 365 LTD and is not affiliated with or endorsed by OpenAI. Every plan name, setting and click path was checked on OpenAI's own pages on 10 October 2026, and the 55 sources are listed in the guide.
What is your refund promise, and can I share the kit?
Full refund if you cancel before your live session. After the session has taken place, you keep the kit and get £99 back if you ask within 14 days of purchase. You can use the kit within your own organisation; please do not post it publicly or resell it.
