How does the live session work?
After payment you get a booking link. Book your session within 90 days; you can move it up to 24 hours before. We work through your set-up together, online, on your screen: your Claude workspace, profile and safety settings, and your first Projects built around your own work. Afterwards you get 7 days of email follow-up help: send questions to hello@apps365.ai and we answer within 2 working days. The guide's "Before your session" page lists what to have ready.
What is your refund promise?
Full refund if you cancel before your live session. After the session has happened, you keep the kit and get £99 back if you ask within 14 days of purchase.
Which Claude plans and countries does it work with?
Free, Pro, Max, Team and Enterprise, in any country where Anthropic offers Claude. Plan details were checked on claude.com on 10 October 2026. The guide shows dated US list prices, each with a link to Anthropic's live pricing page (claude.com/pricing) so you can check the current price in your currency. The privacy notes cover the GDPR and similar laws. It is written in British English.
Do I need technical skills?
No. Everything is in plain English, step by step. One short page points developers to Claude Code and the API, but you do not need it.
What if Claude changes?
It will: Anthropic changed the main Claude layout in September 2026, and the guide shows both layouts. Each version shows the date every fact and link was last checked; updates are free for 12 months.
What if I get stuck afterwards?
For 7 days after your session, email your questions to hello@apps365.ai and we answer within 2 working days. Every set-up step also has an "if this goes wrong" box, and there is a troubleshooting page with twelve common problems. After that, you can email hello@apps365.ai or book a free 30-minute call at calendly.com/apps365/30min. If you later want more, 100% of what you paid comes off an APPS 365 LTD build or audit of £999 or more within 90 days.
