Questions
Who can buy the upgrade?
Anyone who bought the Copilot Ready Kit, Admin edition, in the last 12 months. Enter the order number from your Admin edition order email (it starts A365-). Each Admin order can be upgraded once. Bought it longer ago? Email hello@apps365.ai.
What do I get?
The Staff Training Pack: the 30-page guide with the 30-day adoption plan, 25 prompt cards for Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint marked by licence (PDF and editable Word), the 30-minute staff session deck with speaker notes, the Excel practice workbook, the usage and feedback tracker and the launch pack. You keep your Admin edition files; your licence now covers everyone in your organisation.
Why £100?
It is the difference between the Admin edition (£79) and the Company edition (£179), so you pay the same in total as someone who bought the Company edition outright.
Does it work if most of our staff only have Copilot Chat?
Yes. Every card is marked "Works in Copilot Chat (free with Microsoft 365)" or "Needs a Microsoft 365 Copilot licence". 15 of the 25 cards work without the licence, and where a card uses Word, Excel or PowerPoint, the guide shows the route for people who do not have Copilot inside those apps.
Have the prompts been tested?
The prompts are written from Microsoft's own prompting guidance and the example prompts on its help pages. The example outputs show what a good answer looks like; they are illustrations, not screenshots, because Copilot's wording varies. The Excel answers are worked out with formulas in the practice workbook, and each card says what a person must check.
What if Microsoft changes Copilot?
It will. Recent examples: Microsoft renamed Microsoft 365 Copilot to Microsoft Copilot, moved the Copilot button in Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and retired the Excel COPILOT function on 14 September 2026. The pack covers all three. Every fact was checked on Microsoft's own pages on 12 October 2026. Each version shows the date every fact and link was last checked; updates are free for 12 months.
Is this official Microsoft material?
No. It is written by APPS 365 LTD and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Microsoft. Every Microsoft fact links to Microsoft's own pages in the Sources pages, and where Microsoft's pages disagree, the guide says so.
What if I get stuck?
Every part has an "if this goes wrong" box, and the guide has a troubleshooting page with 13 common problems. You can also email hello@apps365.ai or book a free 30-minute call with APPS 365 LTD at https://calendly.com/apps365/30min. If you later hire APPS 365 LTD for a build or audit of £999 or more within 90 days, 100% of what you paid comes off the price.
What is your refund promise?
