Who can buy this?
Only people who have bought one of our downloadable kits. At checkout, enter your kit order number: it starts A365- and is in your kit's order email. It must be a paid kit order from the last 90 days. No kit yet? Buy a kit first, or book a free 30-minute call at calendly.com/apps365/30min.
I bought a Quick Start. Do I need this?
No. The Claude Quick Start and the ChatGPT and Codex Quick Start already include a 60-minute set-up session. Use the booking link from your Quick Start order.
Which kit can the session be used for?
One kit you bought from us: the Copilot Ready Kit (Admin edition), the AI Project Planner, the AI Agents Kit, or Build and Publish Your App. The prep sheet lists what to have ready for each kit, and what one hour can realistically get done.
What happens in the hour?
You join in Microsoft Teams (your Calendly invite sends the link), share your screen, and Peter at APPS 365 LTD works through your kit with you, on your own accounts and files. About 5 minutes on your goal, 45 minutes on the work, and 10 minutes on your actions, written into your kit's tracker. Within 2 working days we email you a short written summary of the actions we agreed. You make every change yourself; we never ask for your passwords.
Does it work in my time zone?
Yes. Sessions run online in Microsoft Teams, so you can join from any country. The booking page shows the times in your own time zone, and you can change it there. If none of the times suit you, email hello@apps365.ai.
Why can't I buy it this week?
A limited number of sessions run each week. If this week is full, the page says so; new sessions open each Monday.
Can I move my session or get a refund?
Pick your time straight after paying and book within 90 days. Move it, or get a full refund, up to 24 hours before. No refund once the session has happened.
Is the session recorded?
No. The session is not recorded. Keep your own notes: the last 10 minutes are for writing down your actions, and we email you a short written summary of what we agreed within 2 working days.
What help do I get afterwards?
A short written summary of the actions we agreed, by email within 2 working days. On top of that, 7 days of email help after your session: send questions to hello@apps365.ai and we answer within 2 working days. After that, you can book a free 30-minute call at calendly.com/apps365/30min.
Does it count towards a build?
Yes. 100% of what you paid comes off an APPS 365 LTD build or audit of £999 or more within 90 days.
