Questions
What exactly do I get?
A 32-page PDF guide, an Excel workbook (agent register, risk log, readiness check, 15-test script, starter agents and approval matrix, no macros) and a Word file (one-page agent spec and go-live sign-off). It is a method with templates and step-by-step set-ups, not a video course or a prompt pack.
Which platforms and plans does it cover?
Microsoft (Agent Builder and Copilot Studio), OpenAI (ChatGPT workspace agents, agent mode, plugins and the Agents SDK), Anthropic (Claude Projects, connectors, Cowork and the Agent SDK), Google (Gems and skills, Workspace Studio and Gemini Enterprise) and Zapier, Make and n8n. Each platform page lists the plans you need, checked on 10 October 2026. The three walkthroughs need, respectively, Microsoft 365 with a Microsoft Copilot licence or pay-as-you-go billing, ChatGPT Business, Enterprise or Edu, and a paid Zapier plan.
Do I need technical skills?
No. The walkthroughs are no-code and written in plain English. Developer options are named with links, but you do not need them.
Does it work in my country?
Yes. The platforms are sold worldwide, and the kit never prints subscription prices: it links to each vendor's pricing page so you can check them in your currency. The data protection notes cover the GDPR and similar laws elsewhere. It is general guidance, not legal advice, so check the rules where you operate. The kit is written in British English.
What if the platforms change?
They will: two of the features covered are in preview or beta, and OpenAI and Google are retiring custom GPTs and Gems. Every fact and click path was checked on 10 October 2026 and is dated. Updates are free for 12 months from your purchase, each with a dated changes log.
What if I get stuck?
Each walkthrough has an "if this goes wrong" box, and the guide has a troubleshooting page with ten common problems. You can also book a free 30-minute call with APPS 365 LTD at calendly.com/apps365/30min and bring your agent spec. If something in the kit is out of date, email hello@apps365.ai. 100% of what you paid comes off an APPS 365 LTD build or audit of £999 or more within 90 days.
Is this official vendor material?
No. The kit is written by APPS 365 LTD and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Microsoft, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Zapier, Make or n8n. Every vendor fact links to the vendor's own documentation in the Sources pages.
Can I share it with colleagues?
Yes, within your own organisation. The licence covers use within one organisation. Please do not post it publicly or resell it.
What is your refund promise?
If the kit is not right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase. This applies to your first purchase of the kit.
